All of our team will be given the opportunity to expand their skill set and have access to the best training and technology to ensure they can reach their potential.The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and aspiring property professional agent to work directly alongside our market-leading director in servicing our clients in the sale of their properties.
You will be mentored and trained to assess development opportunities with an analytical lens to present each asset in its best possible light whilst also being a key part of the sale process.
This role is ideal for those who are looking to get into commercial property sales or are passionate about property development.You willAssist the director and wider sales team in identifying and analysing development sites and commercial propertiesMaintain and build on a strong client databaseMaintain and grow our existing site sales and apartment sales databaseIdentify new opportunitiesPrepare submissions, property information, and marketing collateral in collaboration with the support teamAssist in servicing purchaser enquiriesWork within a high-performing team and contribute to the positive cultureGain access to a wide range of developers, investors, and key contacts within the industryWork with best-in-class agency infrastructure and technologyWork alongside a well-resourced team with another analyst and administrative supportHave immediate access to live listings and contactsReceive continual professional development and trainingFollow a clear pathway for career growth and scope to substantially increase earning capacityWork as part of a market-leading team with a clearly defined nicheFollow a well-made path for success, with many others who have held this role now market leaders in their respective areas of expertiseYou needTo be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adaptProfessional presentation and communication skills; written & verbalA tertiary qualification in Property, Business, or Economics is preferred but not necessaryA proven ability to manage timeProficient computer literacy and sound mathematical knowledgeA strong work ethicA driver's license and reliable car preferred, however not essentialExperience in sales preferred, however not essentialReal estate licence or certificate of registration preferred.
