Your day at NTT DATA We are looking for a strong leader to enhance culture, drive growth and lead a team of highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 professionals working on complex projects delivering solutions which will be utilized by the top organisations in Australia.
The Delivery Practice Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our digital projects and can expect to work closely with and use the latest industry standards and techniques to ensure we produce robust, secure and innovative solutions for our business applications.
What you'll be doing Oversee professional services delivery through design, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics CRM / CE as required by the Practice's portfolio of projects.Collaborate in the pre-sales process with internal stakeholders (e.g., Solution Architects, Account Executives, Functional & Technical Consultants) by providing technical guidance and translating business requirements to align the scope of work to the delivery outcomes desired by the client.Manage complex escalations, analyze situations, and coordinate appropriate resources to resolve issues by following delivery best practices, considering cost implications, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.Assist with the growth of the practice by supporting presales, commercial activities, pipeline management, and expansion.Build and nurture robust relationships with internal team members and customer stakeholders at all levels.Assist in administering the health and hygiene of the practice by supporting recruitment, resourcing, and succession planning.Manage staff career management, training, and development plans.Contribute to the creation and harvesting of Intellectual Property and project deliverables.Manage and be accountable for the Practice's portfolio of projects.Support functional resources in workshops and proof of concepts / pilot implementations.Assist with preparation of proposals and customer presentations.Foster a culture that works towards gender equality and fosters diversity and inclusion.Experience Extensive experience in customization, configuration, extension, and functional design of Dynamics CE Customer Service and Sales.
Experience with Marketing / Customer Insights is desirable.Strong experience in D365 professional services delivery and hands-on, documented experience of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE implementations.Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.Experience producing functional and technical artifacts to communicate an understanding of the client's current state and their target business and ICT architectures.Attributes Strong management and leadership skills with a demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, planning, organizing, resourcing, directing, and controlling of resources to achieve business objectives.Ability to understand a client's business needs and drivers, and to match solutions and services to those needs and drivers in order to advance their stated business aims.Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders.Must be self-motivated, have an ability to work with ambiguity, be able to function under pressure, and remain calm in the face of adverse business and operational situations.A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn new skills in a variable and demanding environment.Education and Training Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.Dynamics CRM certifications.Delivery Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management) are well regarded.About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
