We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Venue Manager to join our team at Neil Donaldson Pavilion – UWA Sports Park.

The new Neil Donaldson Pavilion located at UWA Sport Park, Claremont will provide new, modern, functional, and universal amenities to service the needs of the company and its affiliated clubs and users, setting the benchmark for all future development at Sports Park.

The Opportunity As our Venue Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional events and ensuring a seamless food, beverage, and events experience for our clients.
The position is responsible for the efficient operation of the venue, ensuring high-quality service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
This role involves managing stock, suppliers, and staff, coordinating events, and overseeing food and beverage operations.
The Venue Manager ensures the venue runs smoothly, meets financial targets, and adheres to compliance standards.
Additionally, ensuring the required clubroom experience is delivered to the UWA Football Club.
About You Deliver high-quality customer service to clubs and the community.Have strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with club members, clients, staff, and suppliers.A leader who motivates the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high performance.Brings sound knowledge of facility management and health and safety.Willing to work flexible working hours including weekends, early mornings, and evenings to align perfectly with the demands of a dynamic event venue.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Food Safety Supervisor, and Foodsafe certificate.Approved Managers Certificate.National Police Clearance.First Aid & CPR Certificate.Why will you enjoy working at UWA Sport?
