About the Role
As an Assistant Development Manager , you'll work closely with Senior Development Managers to deliver projects that meet cash flow and profit benchmarks.
This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to projects that directly improve the lives of residents in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project delivery across financial performance, contract management, and approvals.
Support budgeting, reporting, risk assessment, and cash flow management.
Award and administer contracts to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
What You'll Bring:
Relevant experience in property development or a related field, supported by a degree.
Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to build effective relationships.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively.
