About the Martian Logic Platform
Martian Logic is a pioneering and modern SaaS-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
We're experiencing a rapid growth and we're looking for experienced SaaS BDMs and Team Leads to meet the demand.
About The Role
This role is ideal for either a Senior SaaS Sales Executive (BDM), a SaaS Sales Team Lead with 8+ Years sales experience and minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales.
In this role you would be acting as a BDM and Team Lead at the same time as you'll have your own target, as well as you'll be responsible for your team's target too.
About The Person
Experienced SaaS Sales BDM / Team Lead with ambition to prove themselves as a SaaS Sales Team Lead in a fast growing SaaS company.
You need to be ultra focused and adaptable especially in the first year... as you will be selling, leading by example, mentoring team members and responsible your the team's success.

Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
Base salary: $110k to $140k OTE (base salary + quarterly commission): $250K Uncapped commission Share Options: Share options valued at $100K Car park and Gym membership Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year Your Responsibilities Will Include
Meet your own quarterly target Help your team to meet their respective target Act as a senior BDM and a Team Lead at the same time
