About the Martian Logic PlatformMartian Logic is a pioneering and modern SaaS-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
We're experiencing rapid growth, and the company is growing by 15 people every quarter.About The RoleThis role is ideal for either a Senior SaaS Sales Executive (BDM), a SaaS Sales Team Lead, or a SaaS Sales Manager, with 10+ years of sales experience and a minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales.
As soon as you're on top of the role, the product, and our target market and start to succeed, we'll begin growing your team at the fastest rate possible.
We expect your team to be 15 people and more by July 2025.
In this role, you would be acting as a BDM, Team Lead, and National Sales Manager simultaneously while hiring and training new team members.
You will be trained, supported, and mentored by the CEO.About The PersonExperienced SaaS Sales individual with the ambition to prove themselves as a SaaS National Sales Manager and an Executive in a fast-growing SaaS company.
You need to be ultra-focused and adaptable, especially in the first year, as you will need to wear multiple hats to juggle both growing the team and managing the team's budget.
