About the Martian Logic Platform Martian Logic is a pioneering and modern SaaS-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
We're experiencing rapid growth, and the company is growing by 15 people every quarter.
About The Role This role is ideal for either a Senior SaaS Sales Executive (BDM), a SaaS Sales Team Lead, or a SaaS Sales Manager, with 10+ years of sales experience and a minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales.
As soon as you're on top of the role, the product, and our target market and start to succeed, we'll begin growing your team at the fastest rate possible.
We expect your team to be 15 people and more by July 2025.
In this role, you would be acting as a BDM, Team Lead, and National Sales Manager simultaneously while hiring and training new team members.
You will be trained, supported, and mentored by the CEO.
About The Person Experienced SaaS Sales individual with the ambition to prove themselves as a SaaS National Sales Manager and an Executive in a fast-growing SaaS company.
You need to be ultra-focused and adaptable, especially in the first year, as you will need to wear multiple hats to juggle both growing the team and managing the team's budget.
You will be selling, leading by example, mentoring new team members, and managing the team's targets.

Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
Base salary: $120k to $160k OTE (base salary + quarterly commission): $250K Uncapped commission Share Options: Share options valued at $100K Car park and Gym membership Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year Your Responsibilities Will Include Meet the company's quarterly target in your region Grow the team to 12 people by July 2025 Act as a senior BDM, Team Lead, and National Sales Manager until your team's size is large enough to warrant a full-time manager.
