Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a national sales team to drive performance and exceed targets.Developing and executing forward-thinking sales strategies.Building and nurturing key client relationships to strengthen market presence.Leveraging your industry expertise to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities.About You Experience Matters: At least 10 years in a senior sales leadership role within commercial building products.Leadership Excellence: A proven track record managing national teams with a focus on mentoring, growth, and performance.Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the commercial building products sector and its challenges.Results-Oriented: You thrive on exceeding goals and delivering exceptional outcomes.What's in it for You?
