They have a rich manufacturing history and a well-established national dealer network.Leading a team of regional sales managers and channel partners, you will drive revenue growth and expand market presence nationwide. This critical leadership role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales performance. Additionally, this role offers a structured development pathway, with close collaboration alongside the executive team to ensure long-term success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be integral in driving sustainable growth and enhancing market share. Our client is deeply committed to professional development and offers a collaborative and results-oriented environment where you can truly thrive.Your responsibilitiesContribute to the marketing strategies and business plans to drive profitabilityManage and develop a high-performing sales team while strengthening the dealer networkPrepare and submit annual business plans, including marketing strategies, sales and margin budgets, with national P&L responsibilityDrive a sales and customer service culture throughout the network through training and ongoing coachingSupport the launch of new products and promote their uptake through the dealer network, providing relevant market feedbackExplore and implement new business development strategies as required to ensure ongoing growth of the businessResponsible for the ongoing development of national sales meetings and conferencesYour ProfileA proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally at a national levelExceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to drive sales growth and develop high-performing teamsProficiency in CRM software and sales performance analytics toolsAn understanding of franchise or dealership modelsWillingness to travel nationally as requiredTertiary Marketing and Business qualificationsSaunders Lynn & Company are dedicated to servicing the needs of construction, architectural and industrial products.
