Responsibilities
Lead, develop and manage the performance of four MSLs across Australia Medical advocacy for compliance, maintenance of ethical standards and ensure promotional activities are compliant Review and approve promotional messages, presentations, and other communications material Contribute to the creation of customer-focused medical marketing plans Responsible for the development and management of high-value adding medical marketing programs such as KOL development initiatives, conference and virtual webinar prep, advisory boards, symposium, and patient education Manage customer interactions in relation to proposed investigator-initiated clinical trials Responsible for management and delivery of external customer training and delivery of in-service presentations Support the overall regional medical strategy Work collaboratively with Regulatory Affairs, and PV Heads, Marketing Heads, Sales, and Country Manager The Ideal Candidate
Formal tertiary qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Healthcare At least three years of experience as Medical Manager with direct reports Strong leadership capability; proven experience managing people is essential Well-developed presentation, teaching, and training skills Prior industry experience in the aesthetic market desirable but not essential Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly agile workplace The Benefits:
