Responsibilities Lead, develop and manage the performance of four MSLs across AustraliaMedical advocacy for compliance, maintenance of ethical standards and ensure promotional activities are compliantReview and approve promotional messages, presentations, and other communications materialContribute to the creation of customer-focused medical marketing plansResponsible for the development and management of high-value adding medical marketing programs such as KOL development initiatives, conference and virtual webinar prep, advisory boards, symposium, and patient educationManage customer interactions in relation to proposed investigator-initiated clinical trialsResponsible for management and delivery of external customer training and delivery of in-service presentationsSupport the overall regional medical strategyWork collaboratively with Regulatory Affairs, and PV Heads, Marketing Heads, Sales, and Country ManagerThe Ideal Candidate Formal tertiary qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, or HealthcareAt least three years of experience as Medical Manager with direct reportsStrong leadership capability; proven experience managing people is essentialWell-developed presentation, teaching, and training skillsPrior industry experience in the aesthetic market desirable but not essentialExcellent interpersonal communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, highly agile workplaceThe Benefits: A substantial base salary, car allowance, flexi allowance, and superannuationCompany bonus based on performanceWorld-class training and career prospectsOpportunity to enter the medical aesthetics marketHybrid work policy, three days in office, two from home, based at MascotNext Steps Click the APPLY button to send your CVOur office will be closed from the 24th December 2024 and returning on the 6th January 2025.
