The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Major Accounts Manager based out of the Kedron office .
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and manage key customer relationships while contributing to the success of our Major Accounts department.
As the Major Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our major clients, maintaining exceptional service levels, and ensuring profitable growth.
This role is office-based, with customer meetings as required.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Management : Build and maintain relationships with major accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Growth : Drive sales and profitability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Administration & Reporting : Ensure accurate reporting, KPI tracking, and management of contracts.
Problem Solving & Negotiation : Utilize strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to manage client requirements, contracts, and pricing.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Major Accounts Coordinators, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
Solid administration and reporting abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation techniques.
Proven experience in a sales-focused role, with a passion for achieving targets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
