Job Title: People & Culture Advisor
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client – State Government
Position Type: 3 month Full Time (38 hours) Casual Temporary Contract (Possible extension)
Pay Rate: $48 per hour + Super
Location: Midland, WA 6056
Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll processes using Ascender.Interpret and apply organisational policies accurately.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address queries and concerns.Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.Essential to be successful in this role:Experience using Ascender.Previous experience working within a P&C team environment.Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A keen ability to apply and interpret workplace policies and procedures.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.How to apply:If you meet the above requirements and would like to apply, APPLY NOW or email Taylor at DFP Recruitment Perth on .
