About the opportunity
As we expand into our new warehouse-style office in Cremorne, we're entering an exciting growth phase—an ideal opportunity for a passionate Marketing Manager to help shape the future of our brand.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence and drive customer engagement within the hospitality industry.Build and nurture relationships with local media outlets to secure coverage and partnerships that amplify brand visibility.Coordinate public relations efforts to maximise positive media coverage, manage press releases, and build strategic PR campaigns that elevate brand reputation.Lead the planning and execution of event launches, ensuring seamless integration with marketing initiatives to create buzz and excitement around new venue openings and special events.Collaborate on brand partnerships, identifying key opportunities for strategic alliances that drive brand growth and expand audience reach.Elevate the brand identity, positioning MAMAS Dining Group as a premier destination in the hospitality scene through thoughtful and cohesive branding efforts.Create and implement creative campaigns that establish the brand as a leader in the hospitality sector.Demonstrate a strong understanding of hospitality operations to tailor marketing efforts that resonate with industry trends and customer preferences.Oversee and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that promotes the brand's offerings.Formulate and execute a comprehensive long-term marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters sustainable growth.Eventually, lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.Utilise sales and events expertise to drive revenue generation and create memorable experiences that enhance customer loyalty.Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing within the hospitality sector, showcasing a deep appreciation for dining out and a strong understanding of industry operations.Strong experience in PR coordination, including managing media relationships, securing press coverage, and launching PR campaigns.Demonstrated success in leading event launches, from concept to execution, creating significant buzz around new initiatives.Track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with local media outlets to secure positive brand exposure.Experience in building and nurturing brand partnerships, aligning with complementary businesses or influencers to enhance brand reach and visibility.Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and implement creative ideas that contribute to brand building and business growth.Proficiency in social media management and content creation to effectively engage with the target audience.Strong strategic thinking skills, with experience in developing and executing long-term marketing plans.Previous experience managing a team, fostering collaboration, and achieving collective goals.Bonus: Background in sales and events management, contributing to revenue generation and creating exceptional customer experiences.If you're eager to shape the future of our brand and make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you.
