With their eye firmly on the future, they are seeking to appoint a talented National Marketing Manager to join their Dandenong based Australian Head Office team.
With responsibility for managing the marketing activities in the highly visible "big box" retail sector your skills and experience will enable you to: Develop and implement strategic campaigns aimed at promoting brand awareness in a highly competitive market sectorCollaborate with Product Manager and Sales Teams to create retailer specific promotional activities and associated advertising campaignsManage marketing activity calendar across all retail partners to ensure maximum visibility and ROIRegularly undertake market trend analysis, using that data to drive effective communication strategies utilising the best mix of digital, traditional and in-store promotion activitiesUphold and enhance the company reputation for integrity, trust and reliability in all dealings with suppliers, advertising partners and other external stakeholdersDevelop and update marketing collateral library reflecting current trends and niche market positioning.We are looking for talented and dedicated marketing professionals who: Hold tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related disciplineHave experience within large retail chains in a marketing or visual merchandising capacityAre naturally creative but equally data driven and strategically focusedCan communicate effectively across all channels with an emphasis on digital & social media platformsDisplay a strong commercial insight and can communicate data analysis results in a timely and succinct mannerPossess strong understanding of visual aesthetics and content creation, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similarCan harness their natural energy and creative flair to create memorable and highly successful campaigns.This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced marketing professional looking to join a global company with excellent exposure in the big box retail sector.
