The PositionThis company is looking for a State Sales Manager to join them, working from both their Northern Melbourne Head Office, with working from home/hybrid offered after successful completion of probation, in an effort to secure and manage new business within the Victorian marketplace:
Lead, Manage, Guide and Inform your Sales Team on a daily basisReview budgets and targetsManage your own sales budgetCreate bespoke and tailored proposal and tenders for new customersManage accounts that you have created and increase their spendAnalytical reporting of the sales figures and projections to managementProvide full collaboration with the operations and collections teamsThe BenefitsIf you are the right person for the role then this company will offer:
