Senior Support Analyst

The Role: As a Senior Support Analyst, you will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless operation of IT systems and applications.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior teams.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support services and maintain customer satisfaction.
In this high-impact role, the Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for:
Preferred to have prior experience in production support and minor enhancement projects with life insurance domain knowledge.Skilled in Cobol, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS technologies.Adhere to strict SLAs and handle batch support efficiently.Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams.Demonstrate flexibility, a positive attitude, and ownership in completing assigned tasks.Strong communication skills to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Understand the business and propose value-added solutions that benefit both the company and the customer.Actively share best practices and learnings with peers to contribute to project growth.To apply for this Senior Support Analyst role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
