International Business Sales Manager - THE CUSTOM CHEFWe are proud to introduce an exciting opportunity within Global Retail Brands, Australia's premier specialty homewares retailer, boasting a vast network of over 260 stores nationwide. We are actively seeking a dynamic International Business Sales Manager responsible for managing relationships within our international portfolio THE CUSTOM CHEF & THE COOK SHOP, executing sales and performance across international and local markets.About the role:Reporting to the Global General Manager of Sales and Operations, the International Business Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies across key regions, including Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK. You will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with international partners while driving growth and maximizing brand presence in competitive markets. This pivotal role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to shape the company's trajectory in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the GM to create and implement a Global sales strategy, with an emphasis on growth, market expansion and partner engagement.Lead, inspire, and manage projects across multiple territories, ensuring targets are met and operational standards are upheld.Monitor and enhance performance metrics, aligning them with corporate objectives, and continually seek process improvements for greater efficiency.Cultivate and manage key partnerships, driving the company's market reach and ensuring strong relationships with industry stakeholders.Evaluate market trends, analyse competitive landscapes, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions.Oversee major sales initiatives, including industry events, campaigns, and financial management, ensuring budgetary goals are met.Foster a culture of mentorship, performance excellence, and best practices.About you:Extensive experience in senior sales leadership, preferably within the Housewares International markets, but open to exceptional sales leaders from outside the industry.Proven success in achieving sales objectives and managing complex markets.Expertise in developing and implementing sales plans and driving business growth.Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in guiding teams through change and enhancing operational efficiency.Solid commercial insight, with experience in managing P&L responsibilities.Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders.Willingness to travel internationally.A degree in Business Management or a related discipline is highly regarded.Join us and be a key player in shaping the future of Global Retail Brands' international successYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Business Sales Manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience in a sales role?What's your expected annual base salary?
