About the role
Bennett Architecture Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Darwin, NT.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing architecture firm.
This is a full-time position, offering flexibility and a rewarding work environment.
The position is available for an immediate start.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other staff members Handling a range of office duties, including data entry, document management, and filing Assisting project managers and staff with our project management system, Total Synergy.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents Serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service Supporting the implementation of office procedures and policies Performing other administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the office What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the architecture or construction industry Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, TEAMS and Outlook Experience with Dropbox and HR administration desirable A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation A positive attitude, a professional demeanour, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges What we offer
