As a Customer Service & Finance Officer, your role directly contributes to the success of the company by optimizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt.
Your role will involve resolving any complex credit issues and collecting outstanding payments while providing a high level of customer service.
This is not a high-volume phone call role but lengthy, investigative calls with customers, predominantly inbound all while delivering an exceptional customer service experience for clients About the company: Our client is one of the largest Australian-owned and operated toll-road companies.

Prior experience in a contact centre or phone-based role is essential

Intermediate Excel experience.
Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly.
Ability to use multiple systems and screens Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
