Our client is a well-established and market leading national civil contractor, looking for an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager / Director to join their growing business in Melbourne.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business development Working on tenders Coordination of bids Tender interviews Negotiation of contracts Networking Recruitment and mentoring of teams Qualifications and Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar 10+ years' management experience on wind and battery construction projects Project management qualifications will be advantageous Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations High level of organisation and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click on "Apply" to submit your resume.
