The Executive Service Office (ESO) supports leadership by streamlining processes, improving collaboration, and ensuring consistent practices.
The ESO delivers a wide range of administrative services, including budget and procurement management, policy coordination, asset and facilities oversight, website management, and HR support.
About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists within the Office of Student and University Planning for an Executive Services Assistant to join the team.
The Executive Services Assistant contributes to the service outcomes of the Office of Student and University Planning (OSUP).
This role is pivotal in delivering administrative support across various areas such as: calendar management, asset coordination, financial processing, office coordination, project planning in order to achieve these outcomes, effective communication, strong organisational abilities and an ability to work in a team is essential.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position from February 2025 to 12th December 2025 and will be based at Western's Penrith (Kingswood) Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

About You The Office of Student and University Planning are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join the team as a Self-Directed Learner.
In this position, you will have the freedom to choose a field of study relevant to your career goals, and you will be supported in your pursuit of knowledge and skill development.
