We require a strong, customer-focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running.
Based in our beautifully presented Lucknow Display Home, you can show off our great design and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door.
This Denver 45MK2 with Colonial Facade in Lucknow won 'Best Display Home' in its respective category at the 2022 Master Builders Victoria South East Regional Building Awards.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display center Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations Metricon will offer you:
