Joining the Allied Health team at Katherine Hospital and the Big Rivers Region as the Clinical Pharmacist offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact on patients' lives, particularly within Indigenous communities.
In this essential role, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services to clients and staff, ensuring safe and effective medication management.
Key Responsibilities: Supervision of technical staff. Delivering ward-based clinical services to support quality patient care. Supplying accurate drug information to aid patients and healthcare professionals. The Katherine region offers a multitude of outdoor activities and is close to Kakadu and Litchfield National Parks.
It is only a 3-hour drive to the city of Darwin, which provides ample shopping and restaurant opportunities.
Our patients have a high burden of chronic disease with complex comorbidities, making for challenging and rewarding medicine.
