Receipting & Allocation Officer

Casual position working approximately 2-3 days per week as neededHybrid and flexible working; WFH and from modern, open plan offices.

Working approximately 2-3 days per week (available Mondays and Fridays), you will help support the Credit team with the daily receipting of funds.
The Finance Team at Hall & Wilcox is a team of 34 that provide financial and management accounting, trust accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, commercial analysis and, banking and practice support functions across the Firm.
You will assist with a range of tasks, including:
Managing receipting for firm accountsProcessing client credit card paymentsResolving client payment queriesManaging and rectifying unidentified depositsPreparing documentation for refunds of duplicate/incorrect paymentsAbout you You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
2+ years' experience in a receipting role, preferably within a law firm or professional servicesExperience working with Aderant is highly desirableAbility to work autonomously as well as in a team environmentAbility to work under pressure and with high volumeExcellent organization skills and an ability to plan and prioritizeExcellent verbal and written communicationsAbout us Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
