Outbound Sales Executive

Location: Parramatta, NSW Salary Package: $70k - $80k Role Highlights: Looking for a motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for outbound calls and generating new business opportunities through leads.
Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, the successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales, making cold calls, and closing deals.
Responsibilities Develop and expand the sales pipeline to meet new business goals and performance metrics Reach out to potential clients using various methods, including cold calls, marketing campaigns, networking, and presentations Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Identify opportunities in new client sectors and industry niches for lead generation Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure ongoing partnerships Candidate Profile Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or call center roles Strong negotiation and influencing skills Exceptional ability to build rapport with clients Excellent verbal and written communication, along with attentive listening skills Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset Excellent Phone manner Experience in the general insurance industry is preferred but not essential Company, Culture & Benefits .
