Unsere Unit Managerin sucht für ihr eingespieltes Team per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung nach einem Operating Manager, welche/r das Kaderteam komplettiert und die Führungsrolle aktiv vorlebt. Anstellungsart: Vollzeit Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Gastronomie. Du wirkst aktiv an der Front als Gastgeber mit und bedienst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden. Das Umsetzen und Sicherstellen der Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften stellt für dich kein Problem dar. Du unterstützt unsere Unit Managerin in diversen Bereichen: Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe, Personalplanung, Durchführung von internen Schulungen, etc. Auf dich ist jederzeit Verlass Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie. Du hast einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Gastronomie und konntest bereits fundierte Führungserfahrungen sammeln. Du bist eine kommunikationsfreudige, motivierte und dynamische Persönlichkeit. Du hast eine saubere und organisierte Arbeitsweise, sowie immer den Durchblick. Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch (jede weitere Sprache ist ein Vorteil) Du bist mobil und besitzt idealerweise ein Auto.
