Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung übernimmst Du eigenverantwortlich das Recruiting von Spezialist*innen im Engineering-Bereich. Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Funnel – von der Erstellung der Inserate über Active Sourcing bis hin zu Telefon-, Video- und persönlichen Interviews, Vertragsabstimmungen und dem Onboarding. Du gehst proaktiv auf passende Kandidat*innen zu, führst erste telefonische Gespräche sowie tiefere Interviews selbstständig und hast keine Scheu davor, den Hörer in die Hand zu nehmen. Gemeinsam mit unserem Vertrieb arbeitest Du eng abgestimmt an der erfolgreichen Besetzung unserer Positionen. Du bringst min. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Recruiting oder in einer anderen HR-Funktion mit. Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HTL, FH oder Uni). Du bist kommunikativ , gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu und arbeitest gerne im Team. Du bringst ein professionelles Auftreten mit und fühlst Dich in telefonischen sowie digitalen Gesprächen genauso wohl wie im persönlichen Austausch.
