Für unseren SULOW-Bereich sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem/einer Mitarbeiter*in (m/w/d) für **Sustainability (Controlling & Legal Aspects) (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Datenerfassung und Erstellung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichten und -bilanzen (z.B. Quotenberechnungen, Forecasting)
- Kontrolle der Bio-Quotenvereinbarungen und Weiterverarbeitung von Ausgleichszahlungen sowie Abgaben an Behörden
- Behördenkontakte zur Umweltbundesamt GmbH und zum Bundesministerium für Klimaschutz, Umwelt, Energie, Mobilität, Innovation und Technologie (BMK)
- Mitarbeit bei der Interpretation und Umsetzung von spezifischen Gesetzestexten (z.B. EU-RED, Kraftstoffverordnung)
- Unterstützung bei Auditierungen durch Behörden und freien Zertifizierungsstellen.

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HTL)
- Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in den relevanten Bereichen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes mathematisches sowie rechtliches Verständnis
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Stärken im Zeitmanagement sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
- Teamplayer*in mit sehr gutem Kommunikationsgeschick
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS Excel
- Kenntnisse

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt für diese Stelle liegt bei € 3.436,62 brutto pro Monat. In Abhängigkeit von Ihrer konkreten Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung sind wir selbstverständlich bereit eine wettbewerbsfähige Überzahlung anzubieten.

The SULOW department at **Enilive Austria **is currently looking for an employee for **Sustainability (Controlling & Legal Aspects) (m/w/d)**

**Your tasks**:

- Data collection and preparation of sustainability reports and balances (e.g. quota calculations, forecasting)
- Control of organic quota agreements and further processing of compensation payments and levies to authorities
- Contact with the authorities at the Federal Environment Agency and the Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK)
- Collaboration in the interpretation and implementation of specific legal texts (e.g. EU-RED, Fuel Regulation)
- Support with audits by authorities and independent certification agencies.

**Requirements profile**:

- Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. HAK, HTL)
- Several years of practical work experience in the relevant areas is an advantage
- Strong mathematical and legal understanding
- Very good analytical skills as well as a proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- Strengths in time management as well as assertiveness and resilience
- Team player with very good communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills as well as very good MS Excel skills.

**Our offer**:
According to the collective labour agreement the minimum wage for this job is € 3.436,62 gross per month. However, we are willing to offer a competitive payment depending on your specific qualification and professional experience.
