For our worldwide operating **HYDRO division**, we are looking for a **HEAD of PROJECT LOGISTICS** (M/F/d) on a full-time basis at our location in Vienna (AUT) or Ravensburg (GER).

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Completed, technical education in logistics management or supply chain management (university degree, vocational school)
- At least 10 years of relevant professional and management experience - thereof at least 5 years in the field of project logistics in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge in the field of export control / import /export
- Experience in process development and optimization as well as project management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- ERP knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills
- High degree of flexibility, reliability, ability to work under pressure, implementation strength and self-responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel

**YOUR TASKS**
- Total responsibility for the entire transport process with a focus on project logistics in plant construction
- Budget and strategy planning as well as total budget responsibility
- Control and analysis of those processes that concern storage and logistics with the aim of optimising them sustainably
- Strategic and cross project planning of the project logistics processes (total cost consideration, sourcing concepts, cost preview calculation)
- Contract negotiations and drafting with all partners
- Technical and disciplinary management responsibility for the logistics team (across several locations)
- Operational and strategic management of the department
- Development and implementation of solutions to increase efficiency and optimise internal logistics processes
- Interface to project management, production planning, purchasing and sales
- Logistics-relevant complaint and claim management
- Project management and implementation in an international environment

**OUR OFFER**
For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of around € 85,000 (with a willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience - however, the actual salary will be agreed individually).
