(Senior) Managers in Vienna, Austria

Tasks
- Join a diverse and international team working with the top management of our clients
- Drive the development of strategies to help our clients meet industry challenges
- Drive the development of (digitalization) strategies to help our clients meet industry challenges
- Assume responsibility for projects across Europe and beyond
- Represent StepChange Consulting at client management and international conferences
- Develop client business and relationships

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding academic and professional track record
- Technical and engineering degrees highly welcome
- Experience in top tier management or industry consulting
- Strong leadership, language, communication and interpersonal skills
- Functional expertise in manufacturing operations (paper & packaging)
- Successful management and delivery of international projects
- Highly motivated with the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- EU work permit
