We are looking for a highly motivated Expert in Agile and management procedures. This person will guide teams working on cutting-edge technology projects within the field of autonomous driving vehicles. **Your Tasks**:

- Spread the understanding of Agile values, principles and practices the organization
- Coach stakeholders in becoming self-organized, cross-functional and knowledgable in agile practices
- Support solving of agile organizational impediments to overcome agile anti-patterns
- Guide stakeholders in institutionalization of agile methodologies
- Guide organization in implementation of tools supporting agile organization. (e.g. Jira, easy bi, etc.)
- Facilitate and moderate Organizational Change management processes
- Practice agility within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Encourage communication and cooperation among the teams and stakeholders in scaled organization

**Your Profile**:

- Agile mindset
- University degree in the field of information technology, management or similar experiences from the previous job
- Multiple years of professional experience various roles within a company or consultant
- Experience in coaching Scrum teams, Trains, management stakeholders and organizations (5+ years)
- Strong orientation towards team enablement
- Proven ability to coach and develop others
- Recognized Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or SAFe (SPC, SA, SSM, SASM, RTE) are a plus
- Experience in with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
- Motivated and committed team player with solution-oriented working style and curiosity for innovation
