The Retail & SME division sits between business and IT infrastructure with the main goal to create and maintain IT systems that solve problems. Our team is working in a hybrid mode and is multidisciplinary. We always work along our mission: Digitalizing the core business of Erste Group banking institutes in the AT and CEE region. Because our products impact both business problems and technical challenges, we are looking for someone who can easily move between the two spheres.
More specifically, you would work with the product team around guarantees, liabilities, letter of credit and bills of exchange. An area that enables our clients to minimize their business risks in (foreign) trades and to generate additional leeway in their day-to-day activities. Thus, we are direct contributors to Erste’s mission on fostering financial health in our region. Apart from seeing a direct impact in our everyday work, the team is driving the ambition towards digitalization in Erste.

You will work on
In your role you are going to manage the delivery of two services/ solutions to our Business Partner and elicit, analyze, specify as well as validate the business needs of our partners
You are going to build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners and provide day-to day support and advice. This includes the handling of change requests, incidents and problem solving according to defined process and policies. Thus, you ultimately generate a common understanding of business requirements via always having a clear end-customer focus in mind
You take care that the Service Level Agreements, agreed Service Level Objectives as well as Key Performing Indicators are existing, met or even exceeded
Your will ensure the compatibility of requirements implementation with our IT strategy, architecture standards, surrounding systems and well as operation trends
You are going to work in a great team and with a diverse group of people such as other software engineers, and decision-makers (e. g. product owners), to build solutions and gain novel insights
You will impress us by
You possess a strong analytical thinking and some technical background. And more importantly you have excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills

You have success stories about how you were able to analyze a set of business requirements and provided a solution that hit the target. In other words: You understand the needs, challenges and limitation from business as well as from technical perspectives

You have good communication skills in German and good skills in English (verbal and written)

**Nice to have**: You already have some background around the business of liabilities, guarantees, letters of credit and/or bills of exchange

The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 52.220;
- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
