As Business Process Management department we provide a platform across the organization that allows business process digitalization, automation and case management. Pega is a state of the art, low code platform that allows for scalable solutions around all digitalization efforts.

**What to do**:
The department you will work with is composed of internal and external colleagues both near
- and offshore. The Pega CoE at Erste Digital is responsible for the development of business solutions, operation and enhancement of our platform environment and delivers high quality services to all stakeholders that are involved in our business. Working with us you will receive thorough training and enablement in the Pega methodology and BA practices.
- Analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions.
- Supporting in in the resolution of operations incidents.
- Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects.
- Get involved in the maintenance and enhancement of the Pega solutions as well as the platform itself.
- Deep involvement in the CoE Quality Assurance processes and the further development and optimization of the CoE activities.

**You check these boxes**:

- Experience in Quality Assurance and - ideally - accustomed with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Service Now.
- Able to extract technical requirements from high level business requirements and act as a junction between technology and business value.
- Experience in a product-driven environment and experience with multi-cultural teams.
- Passion for business processes and continuous learning.
- You know Pega already or have the willingness to acquire the necessary skills.
- Curious and treating all people with respect.
