**DEINE ROLLE**:
- Das Aufgabengebiet ist vielseitig, abwechslungsreich und erfordert ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, strukturierter Arbeitsweise und vernetztem Denken. Als Director of Congress & Events (m/w/d) repräsentierst Du unsere Hotel gegenüber unseren anspruchsvollen Kund:innen und überzeugst mit Deinem professionellen und engagierten Auftreten.
- Aktiver Verkauf von unseren verschiedenen Veranstaltungsflächen für Events, Incentives Seminare und Konferenzen
- Erstellung von individuellen Angeboten und Verträgen, eigenverantwortliches Quotieren und Preisverhandlungen
- Kompetente und überzeugende Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen Kunden
- Professioneller Planung, Organisation und Nachbearbeitung von Veranstaltungen bis zu 300 Personen
- Direkter Ansprechpartner vor, während und nach der Veranstaltung
- Persönliche Hausführungen sowie der sich daraus ergebenden Detailabsprachen
- Erstellung von Function Sheets und Ablaufplänen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen operativen Abteilungen im Haus wie F&B und Reservierung - um jede Veranstaltung zu einem großen Erfolg zu machen
- Rechnungskontrolle sowie die Erstellung diverser Statistiken und Forecasts
- Führung der Event & Bankettabteilung inkl. Dienstplangestaltung und Urlaubsplanung.. MItarbeiter:innen
**DEINE STÄRKEN**:
- Abgeschlossene, hotelspezifische bzw. touristische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung mit sämtlichen Arten von Feiern, Hochzeiten, bis hin zu Tagungen und Incentives
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in gleicher oder ähnlicher Position
- Verkaufsorientiertes Denken - Du pflegst Kundenkontakt und wirbst für Folgeveranstaltungen
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an der Umsetzung schöner und vielseitiger Veranstaltungen
- Gäste
- und Serviceorientierung stehen an oberster Stelle
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit positiver Ausstrahlung und souveränem Auftreten
- Professionalität am Gast sowie beim Verhandeln und Organisieren
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse - optimalerweise mit der Hotel-Software Protel
- Einwandfreie Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil

Für die Position als Director of Congress & Events (m/w/d) gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 2.597 brutto monatlich, natürlich honorieren wir entsprechende Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen extra und bieten dazu attraktive Gehaltsentwicklung entsprechend Deiner Performance.
