The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 140,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.
We are looking for a committed new team member to support our Industry Relations team in Vienna.
Tasks
- General office support (e.g. scheduling and organising meetings, data administration, file management)
- Assisting with the exhibition management for small, medium-sized and large congresses
- Communication with exhibitors, congress sponsors and other stakeholders
- Creation/preparation of lists, presentations, documents etc.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of English language (at least C1)
- Additional languages are a benefit
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the field of congress/event organisation and/or company relationship management is a benefit
- Hands-on attitude
- Appreciation for working with people

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38.5h) is at least € 2,400.00 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications and can be negotiated.
