Die Stoelzle Oberglas GmbH ist ein führender, international agierender Hersteller von hochwertigem Verpackungsglas. Der Werkstoff Glas besteht zu 100% aus natürlichen Rohstoffen und ist ohne Qualitätsverlust unendlich oft recycelbar. In dieser Schlüsselfunktion verantworten Sie als Group Energy Manager Energieeinsparprojekte und arbeiten aktiv an den Nachhaltigkeitszielen der Unternehmensgruppe mit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung einer langfristigen Unternehmensstrategie zur Dekarbonisierung
- Analyse der Energieeffizienz im gesamten Produktionsprozess, Bewertung der Potenziale von Technologieinnovationen und Begleitung bzw. Umsetzung der daraus generierten Projekte und Maßnahmen
- Implementierung eines Energiemanagementsystems und Definitionen der Leistungskennzahlen
- Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Managementdokumentation aller Produktionswerk
- Jährlicher Energie
- Management Review und Mitarbeit am Group Management Review

**Ihr Profil**:

- Technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Energiemanagement und/oder Ingenieurwesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Energie
- und Projektmanagement
- Kommunikationstalent mit (zumindest) sehr guten Englischkenntnissen
- Hohe nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft
- Interesse an neuen Technologien in der Dekarbonisierung
