**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Projekt-, Prozess
- und Effizienzmanagement im Geschäftsbereich Payroll
- Leitung der Payroll Operations und Führung des Teams
- Laufende Prüfung der Machbarkeit und Durchführung von Projekten
- Implementierung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen und deren Effizienz
- Umsetzen der strategischen Ziele im Bereich Payroll Operations mit Fokus Performancesteigerung und Erhöhung der Customer Experience
- Schaffung und Monitoring von KPIs (Key Performance Indikatoren)

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierung, Projekt
- und Effizienzmanagement im Beratungs
- oder Corporate Umfeld
- Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung idealerweise in der direkten Führung oder von Projektteams
- Sehr gutes „state-of-the art“ Prozessoptimierungs
- und Projektmanagement Know-how
- Track Record im Effizienz
- und Change Management
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, wenn möglich verhandlungssicher
- Unternehmerisch, teamorientiert, kommunikativ, begeisterungsfähig und überzeugend
