Die JUFA Hotels sind auf der Suche nach einem engagierten Operations Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt F&B, der als Stellvertretung der Hoteldirektion die Leitung und den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Hotels sicherstellt.

- Unser Bruttogehalt startet **ab € 3.500,-/Monat** (Basis All-in). Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich selbstverständlich nach deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Bis zu 3 Jahre fachspezifischer Vordienstzeiten werden angerechnet.
- Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden)

- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, vorzugsweise im F&B - gerne geben wir auch jungen Menschen eine Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und analytische Herangehensweise von Vorteil

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Operative Koordination und Steuerung aller Abteilungen
- Übernahme der „Manager on Duty“ Dienste
- Sicherstellung des Kommunikations
- und Informationsflusses zu internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Förderung und Forderung des Teams
- Optimierung und Kontrolle der Arbeitsabläufe in den Abteilungen
- Schulung, Motivation und Entwickeln von Mitarbeiter*innen
- Gästebetreuung und Beratung
- Vorbildfunktion und aktive Mithilfe
- Inventuren und Lagerhaltung
- Einhaltung und Optimierung von Hygiene, Ordnung, Sicherheit und des JUFA-Qualitätsstandards
- Weiterentwicklung des Angebotes in Zusammenarbeit mit der Direktion
