**Your will work on...**
- Follow current and planned selection and recruitment needs throughout the various departments in collaboration with the hiring managers and HR.
- Take the lead on the recruitment process, support the writing of job descriptions and join meetings with the hiring manager to understand all the position’s requirements.
- Manage the ATS and recruitment tools; you track recruitment KPI’s and propose data-based improvements.
- Make periodic recruitment reports and accurate analyses; both to the hiring managers and to the Talent Director.
- Will work on several HR projects like employer branding, HR digitalization, wellbeing,
- Report to the Talent Director who will help you get started, but also afterward will ensure that you can continue to evolve and learn within your position.

**You have...**
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Psychology.
- Recruitment experience in IT, Sales and management positions - minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems;
- Familiar with searching through social media channels
- Analytical mind and you are results oriented
- Communicate in a clear and transparent manner
- Empathy and diplomacy and easily inspire confidence;
- Fluent in German & English and any other language is a plus
- Already worked with an ATS system and expertise in active searching
