**Innofreight** ist seit 20 Jahren erfolgreich in der Entwicklung innovativer Waggons, Container und Entladesysteme für den Schienengütertransport tätig. Für die Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Customer Quality Manager:in (m/w/d).

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**
- Qualitätsverantwortung gegenüber den Kunden - Kundenbedürfnisse im Unternehmen darstellen und fördern
- Abnahme von Containern, Wagons und Entladeanlagen
- Optimierung des Prüfkonzepts für Abnahmen und Fertigungsüberwachung
- Verwaltung extern erstellter Abnahmedokumente
- Ideen, Rückmeldungen und Verbesserungen sammeln, auswerten und beim Teamleiter einbringen

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (LAP, FS, Werkmeister, HTL)
- Kenntnisse der Werkstoffwissenschaften
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sicheres Auftreten, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Prozessmanagementerfahrung von Vorteil
- 25% Reisebereitschaft
- Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice sind von Vorteil
