Analyst for Reference Master Data

**Once you join us you will**:

- Work closely with our reference master data providers, developers as well as sales and customer success teams to regularly/continuously deliver the latest and most accurate master data and related features from idea to production.
- Collaborate with our business partners and customers to understand their requirements and expectations for our product.
- Define user stories and epics that are precise so they can be easily implemented by developers.
- Deep-dive to understand the market, product line and competition of our product.
- Anticipate and monitor potential product flaws and find the right solutions.

**What you should bring**:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics with a business informatics or industrial engineer background.
- Strong educational or practical background in data analytics, data science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing and material technologies such as machining, plastic injection molding, high pressure die casting, sand casting, sheet metal cutting and bending, etc.
- Strong knowledge of databases and understanding of scripting languages such as SQL.
- Proficiency in exploratory data analysis.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, preferably on cloud-based data platforms.
- Understanding of labor wages, labor burden and machine hourly rate calculation methodologies, material price and overhead rate strategies and metrics plus their regional and industry specific differences.
- Knowing how to read a profit and loss statement and having an idea of its components is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and great documentation skills.
- Proactive, open-minded, and motivated mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences; Business German and English (C1 level for both) is required.
