Your mission
- Supporting the execution and implementation of CAPEX projects in our plants on time & in budget
- Support to coordinate in general technical activities / projects in our regions
- Adaptation of existing machine purchase contracts to specific new purchases
- Creating new contracts with new suppliers for smaller projects based on exiting templates
- Support the sale of surplus machines as well as the contracting of selling machines based on templates
- Support central purchasing with supplier agreements on group level
- Follow up on coordinated machine upgrade, overhaul and spare part package purchasing projects
- Coordinate other projects, i.e. Energy saving projects, standardization of machine upgrades
- Provide support to plant managers about coordinated spare part purchase for identical machines, information exchange about proven alternative suppliers etc.

**Profile**:

- Technical educational background
- University degree (ideally Master's degree or equivalent)
- First experiences of project and related management
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Good command of written and spoken English, other language skills are an additional asset
- High flexibility in terms of travelling (up to 70%)

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna or close to one plant in Europe
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
