Regional HR Business Partner

**From 30 to 38.5 hours/week**

**About the job**

This regional HRBP roles breaks down global strategies and initiatives to a regional scale and harmonizes them with needs and focus topics of the regions. You act as an interface between global talent concepts and regional talent management. You’re actively driving the establishment of strategic workforce planning and you’re in charge of designing career & development paths. You are an agile learner and have a track record of implementing new development concepts. As a regional HRBP you partner with the local HR Experts of various locations and act as business partner for several members of the European leadership team.

- Team & leadership development
- Organizational design & development
- Enabling business change

**About You**

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**

A university degree in human resources, economics, psychology or similar

Knowledge of people and development concepts

**Languages**

English - Proficient/Fluent

German - ideally intermediate knowledge

Any other language is considered as an asset

**Work Experience**
- Profound experience in HR
- Initial experience in a comparable role
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Training and experience in workshop design and facilitation

Your potential annual gross salary starts at € 75.000 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
