You will work with cross-functional teams of experts in various domains and support the leadership team in shaping the recognition and branding of our company.

**Your daily business**:

- General administrative and organizational support
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations
- Preparation & implementation of meetings and events (internal and external)
- Social media management & Employer branding
- Maintenance of our website
- Support in creation of texts, presentations and advertising material
- Support with cross-company marketing projects
- 15-20 hours per week

**Your skills**:

- 1-2 years professional experience in similar capacity
- Profound professional experience in social media marketing
- Well-structured and self-organized way of working
- Proactive personality with hands-on-mentality
- Experience in event management
- Reliability and accuracy
- Excellent command in German and English
- Knowledge in WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
- A good sense for graphics, text, storytelling is preferred
- A good sense for digital trends & innovation

Based on the Austrian Collective Agreement, we offer an annual salary of EUR 29.000;
