**Description**:
Impact Hub Vienna offers a unique and creative atmosphere for meetings, workshops, press conferences, book readings, speaker events, product launches, lectures and other event formats. As an event sales manager you are taking the lead for generating booking sales, managing events (including catering, set up, client service, hosting), customer care and the events themselves. You will closely work with a diverse group of clients, supporting them in setting up their events, representing Impact Hub during the events and connecting them to the Impact Hub Community.

**Your responsibilities as Bookings Coordinator**:

- Creating comprehensive offers for bookings
- Coordinating the bookings details with the customers and the members
- Implementing the sales strategy
- Coordination with the delivery team around logistics requirements (set up, catering, etc.)
- Servicing space bookers (customer relationship management)
- Developing client relationships / partnerships
- Representing Impact Hub at events
- Hospitality coordination: Preparing logistics incl. set up of rooms, catering areas etc. for co-working, meetings and events
- Connecting the events and bookings to the Impact Hub Community
- Is fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- has experience with event management, hospitality, catering organizing different events
- Is comfortable with a flexible / changing timetable
- Is entrepreneurial, communicative, proactive & works well in a team
- Enjoys attending events & networking
- Has a structured and organized way of work
- Is self-driven and can self-manage priorities and tasks
- Has a hands-on attitude
- Is very attentive to detail
- Has EU work permit
