**STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND RIGHTNESS OF BRAND PRIORITIES**

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate comprehension, local customization, and effective implementation of the global strategy in markets, while also serving as the authority in Student & Field Marketing, specializing in Business Intelligence, the Student Marketeer approach, tools, and overall strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate on implementing the sales support strategy within the student marketeer program to enhance availability and visibility.

**EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE**

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coaching markets on our systems (RBU, The Hub, eLearning, etc.) and assisting with strategic roadmaps to ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include managing our Hub spaces, maintaining their appeal and relevance to encourage market utilization. Additionally, you'll provide strategic planning support to markets during business planning and revision cycles. Utilizing your analytical skills, you'll conduct data analyses to drive accurate execution and reporting within the markets.

**MARKETING INNOVATION**

In this role, you will be responsible for regularly assessing and analyzing our programs to identify opportunities for enhancing consumer impact, particularly focusing on innovation and the digital and social footprint of our brand. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying and supporting cross-departmental opportunities, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and Red Bull Media House. Your duties will also involve ensuring that innovative program tools are updated or developed and efficiently rolled out to markets.

**ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITIES AND ENABLING STRUCTURE**

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the onboarding and training process to ensure global consistency and drive high performance among our field and student marketeers. As a key member of our team, you will also serve as a role model, embodying the Red Bull values with a consistent tone of voice that motivates and inspires others. Additionally, you will provide support for trainings and onboardings, paying close attention to detail to enhance the skills and motivation of our country counterparts.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

Ideally, previous experience working with RBU (Student Marketeer and/or manager)

Highly committed, flexible, proactive, and energetic with a positive attitude as well as a strong team player who takes initiatives

Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail, well organized, process driven and structured

Knowledgeable in working with technology and has an affinity for working with various IT tools with an eye for innovation and trends (in digital, and youth marketing)

Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Google Documents)

Entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ mindset with a problem-solving mentality, a fast learner, self-motivated and able to work independently

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
