**What You’ll Do**

**A key priority is to bring a 360 view of customers and potential customers to our teams, so that they are well prepared to help customers and potential customers to do business with DSM in a consistent, easy, and fun way.**

**The Digital Sales Experience Manager will drive this ambition. This role joins our global Digital Business Solutions team which is a part of our global Digital & Virtual Sales organization. You will be working in an international environment with colleagues from across the globe and will have the opportunity to develop yourself with unlimited possibilities while making a direct impact.**

**We work with digital tools to facilitate customer relationship management (CRM), e-commerce, pricing, and quotation. The Digital Sales Experience Manager will take end-to-end responsibility and analyze, measure newly implemented tools and processes to identify pain points, customer and user journeys that need to be optimized. Based on their analysis, Digital Sales Experience Manager then recommends necessary changes as well as leads key initiatives.**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Collaborate and engage with regional and global teams to identify optimizations areas in customer and user journeys.
- Identify improvement areas and increase adoption and usage of digital solutions (including CRM) with local teams.
- Work with our digital teams and global CRM specialist to turn improvement areas into user stories and/or use cases and implement them.
- Orchestrate and facilitate initiatives that span across multiple capabilities - mainly CRM, pricing and quotation, e-commerce, customer analytics and other digital areas.
- Define, monitor, analyze and optimize metrics and KPIs that improve the customer journey.
- Conduct new and use existing research to create personas and experience scenarios.

**Your experience**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business or digital related study. MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or digital. At least in two of these areas in a multinational environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of at least one of the major Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Knowledge of B2B e-commerce and pricing disciplines is good to have.
- Previous experience in leading change management or digital programs.
- Working experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in a B2B organizational setup.
- Fluent in English; oral and written.
