**What you’ll do**
As Event Marketing Manager, you enjoy working in a highly motivated and passionate team responsible for the success of our global events program. You strive for innovative ideas in the area of impactful Event Marketing. Exchange and working among peers let you perform at your best. Exceeding expectations of event attendees and customers is your main driver for constant improvements. Your positive mindset helps you mastering challenges and complex projects. **Your key responsibilities**
- Lead the events program end-to-end, from researching new opportunities, to planning and execution as well as post event feedback and results
- Manage internal stakeholders and external suppliers to steer the events organization
- Host impactful online events
- Handling of systematic processes and tools to support the administration of event management
- Provide creative, impactful ideas and innovative perspectives

Exceptional organisation and operational skills
Deep understanding of event marketing and validated events experience in a B2B environment
Excellent written and spoken communication ability in German and English
Passion to work in a team and independently
Ability to manage time and priorities
Reliable personality with hands-on-mentality
Minimum 1 - 2 years of event marketing experience in an B2B and international context
University degree in business administration preferred (focus on Marketing or related areas)
Experience in e-Marketing and Mailing Automation Tools
MS Office Proficiency (mainly excel and powerpoint)

**Our recruitment process**

We are legally obliged to point out that the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement for trade is €1.896,-/gr/m. The actual salary is based on our internal development levels, your qualifications and market conditions.
