**How we work**:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of **three days per week** at our office location.**The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

**The impact you will have**:
- First point of contact for the VP Europe Controller and Transformation
- Main contact person for any internal / external audit matters related to eCash
- Management of the eCash Accounting and reporting teams
- Responsibility for the management of all accounting issues related to eCash entities both domestic and international
- Close partnering with Group Finance and FP&A to ensure the month-end process is as efficient as possible
- In charge of month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes and close activities
- Partnering with the business to ensure correct accounting processes are being set-up as part of new market developments
- Lead the eCash transformation initiatives as part of the Paysafe Finance transformation initiative
- Responsible for local and group required reporting standards
- Ensure the day-to-day running of Finance operations related to eCash which include AP, AR and FinOps activities

**What we’re looking for**:
**Your Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s r Master’s Degree in Finance, Controlling and/or Accounting related areas is required
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably within the payment industry
- Prior experience of managing large Finance teams either in Audit or Industry
- Experience of leading a dynamic & highly motived team
- Genuine interest in the development of people
- ** Fluent in German** and English (Full proficiency is mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of SAP (Oracle HFM would be desirable)
- Advanced skills in reporting and data analysis
- Project management skills based on financial requirements
- Cooperative leadership style
- Ability to see the underlying “big picture” intuitively
